Welcome Email and Intake Interview.
We will send you a welcome email and intake form within 24 hours of your purchase and will follow up with a phone call to schedule your consultation.
Send Your Intake Form, Resume, and Other Requested Details.
We will return the first draft of your resume within five business days after receiving your intake form, resume, and other requested details.
Second Draft.
We will send your revised resume within five business days of receiving your revisions/comments on the first draft.
Third Draft and Other Documents.
After we receive your final (or close-to-final comments) on your resume, we will return your final (or close-to-final) resume and any additional documents ordered – e.g., a cover letter or LinkedIn profile.
Final Documents.
After we receive your comments on your third draft, we will send your final documents within five business days. If you send additional revision requests within ten business days, we will honor one additional set of revisions.
Refund Policy
If you cancel services within 24 hours after your intake interview, we will issue you a full refund, less a $65 cancellation fee.
We will not issue refunds for cancellation requests received longer than 24 hours after intake interviews.
